John is the CEO and co-founder of Credit Key, a patented pay-over-time financing solution for e-commerce merchants.
From 2004 to 2016, he was the CEO of Onestop Internet, a leading e-commerce technology and services company he co-founded in 2004. Onestop Internet provides e-commerce, multichannel, and interactive marketing solutions to brands and retailers on an outsourced basis.
Prior to Onestop, John was a Principal at Shelter Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based venture capital fund, focused on investments in technology and technology-enabled companies in the Southern California area at all stages of development, principally in the media, e-commerce and enterprise software. At Shelter, he was involved in sourcing and screening potential investments, as well as providing financial analysis, market research and due diligence support.
John started his career working for iXL, a pioneering digital consulting company which provided strategy consulting and comprehensive Internet-based solutions to Fortune 500 companies and other corporate users of information technology. After a series of acquisitions, it is now part of the Razorfish agency, owned by Publicis Groupe. At iXL, he led strategic e-commerce development initiatives for key clients including Sony Electronics, General Electric, Kawasaki & Warner Bros.
John is a frequent guest speaker, expert panelist and media consultant on all things e-commerce.
He earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
Eric oversees the strategy and direction for sales and marketing at Credit Key. Eric brings over 20 years of e-commerce and technology experience to drive customer success at Credit Key. Prior to Credit Key, Eric co-founded e-commerce platform Active Commerce in 2012 and under his leadership, Active Commerce grew over 100 percent year-over-year.
Eric has successfully delivered over 200 digital projects from global enterprise solutions to mobile apps with over 80 B2B and B2C e-commerce sites launched. Eric has worked with leading global brands like Toyota, IBM, LVMH and Aramark and has held executive and advisory roles at BORN, CREATETHE GROUP, Onestop, Tacit Knowledge and 8thBridge.
Seth is a Corporate Attorney with over ten years experience practicing in the areas of finance, technology, and commercial contracts. He has negotiated and drafted complex commercial, SaaS, vendor, channel, and other technology-related agreements.
He has his B.A. in Economics and History from Brandeis University, his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law, and his LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
Rob is a creative technologist and entrepreneur with a track record of building digital platforms leading to scale and successful exits. He has been a co-founder and early employee in several start-ups. Rob was the first hire at WHOSAY, an influencer marketing platform backed by Amazon, Comcast, CAA and Greylock Partners. WHOSAY was recently acquired by Viacom. Prior to this, Rob was a founding partner in Pump Audio, a B2B music licensing service, acquired by Getty Images.
Rob previously worked for global ad agencies and record labels, including serving as Senior Producer in Sony Music’s New Technologies and Business Development division.
He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Psychology.
In his over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, Robert has worked on all aspects of web and app development, in the context of programmer and manager. Robert got his start in the credit tech space in 2005, leading a rewrite of all internal software used by a large consumer credit company. Afterward, he has led development for multiple web startups offering credit products. In addition to his experience in the credit space, Robert has a lengthy background building e-commerce websites, bringing a mixture of e-commerce and credit experience to Credit Key.
